Tuition Reimbursement
COMPANY NAME recognizes that the continuing educational development of employees is essential to the delivery of quality health care. Therefore, tuition assistance will be provided to eligible employees who seek additional training in order to increase their competence in present jobs and to prepare themselves for advancement within COMPANY NAME.
Employees who have three months of employment prior to the start of a class, and who are regularly scheduled full time-employees, may be eligible for reimbursement for college-level tuition expenses to a dollar maximum of $5,250 per year. Part-time employees may be reimbursed on a percentage of the full-time amount above.
*Employees who are covered by a collective bargaining agreement should check with their local human resources teams or union leadership to understand their eligibility for tuition reimbursement.

NOTE! COMPANY NAME uses the International Scholarship and Tuition Services (ISTS) to process reimbursement requests. Reimbursement must be requested within 60 days of your course end date. Please review the Tuition Policy for more information.
